A directory of US security installers, sorted by what actually matters before signing.

Blue Storm International is an independent directory of alarm, CCTV, smart-home, access-control, and commercial security installers across the United States. Every listing carries the public-facing capability signals that decide whether an installer can actually handle your project: CCTV camera installs, alarm monitoring, smart-home integration, access control, residential systems, and commercial-grade systems.

The aim is narrow. If you're shopping for a home alarm or a small-office access-control system, you don't want a generic installer directory — you want to know which nearby company actually does monitored alarms in your state, which can integrate with the smart-home platform you already use, and whether they handle commercial wiring or only residential. The directory leads with those answers and falls back to the rest only when the evidence isn't there.

We don't broker leads, take a cut, or schedule installs. Find an installer, verify their state license number on the relevant state board, call the listed number, and go. Companies we couldn't pull much public detail on are shown as limited-evidence entries instead of being padded out with filler.

Our Editorial Team

The Blue Storm Security editorial team curates this directory, runs the public-source data pass, and writes each listing's call-prep notes. We do not take referral fees, do not place a thumb on which provider a reader picks, and do not accept paid review placement. Editorial decisions are made by the team, not by the businesses listed.

How We Evaluate Listings

Each listing on the site is scored on documented service signals, public-source evidence quality, and supporting context (city, regional factors, common failure modes). Listings without enough documented evidence are kept as limited-evidence listings or held out of the index.

Methodology Note

The page you are reading is editorial commentary — not paid placement. We update listings when public-source signals change, when a business reports a correction through the contact page, or when the public website goes offline.
